That lipcolor was acheived by layering a orange nude color.I brush it on with a lipbrush as to have good control and coverage , then add a little opaline gloss to bring it all together. The most impt thing is to use a matte texture first to acheive pigmant, than add a dot of gloss for sheen!

Normally, I wouldn't think blue shadow would work for a daytime look but it does in this case.
